Q: Do you have a monthly rental program?We offer great monthly rental programs priced at great low prices. Prices can slightly vary according to term length agreements. |
Q: What is the minimum length of a contract term?Minimum length of a contract is 1 year. 5 year contract terms receive our best rates, full FLOW service during contract period, and the Water Purifier System is yours to own after the contract term is finished. |
Q. How much does it cost to rent?Rental for a standard unit starts as low as $29.95 per month. Rental for a premium unit starts as low as $39.95 per month. |

Q. How do I know when to change my filters?TAPIT offers the exclusive FLOW service to all rental customers for FREE every 3 months. The FLOW service is a worry-free service so that our customers do not have to worry about filter replacements or any maintenance issues during the course of the rental period. |
Q. Is the TAPIT Water Purifier difficult to install?All TAPIT Water Purifiers are installed by a professionally-trained TAPIT FLOW Technician. |
Q. Does TAPIT have cold and hot water functions?All TAPIT Water Purifiers have the hot & cold water function making it very convenient and user-friendly. |
Q. How do you clean and maintain a TAPIT Water Purifier?All TAPIT rental customers are provided with the FLOW service which includes cleaning and sanitization of the unit by a FLOW technician every 3 months. |
Q. What is an Alkaline Filter?An Alkaline filter produces perfectly ph-balanced alkaline water which can be absorbed 100% by the body. It also helps to minimize the fluctuations of your body's PH level. As you get older, the acidity level in our bodies increase. |
Q. What is UV Light Sanitation?UV Light Sanitation is a reliable means of disinfection because it involves exposing contaminated water to radiation from a UV light. This treatment works well because the UV Light penetrates an organisim's cell walls and disrupts the cell's genetic material, making reproduction impossible. |
Q. What if I am not satisfied with the TAPIT Water Purifier?TAPIT offers all new customers a 30 day trial period with any TAPIT Water Purifier. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply notify us before the 30 day trial is up, and we will remove the unit form your premises with no further obligations. |
Q. What is the warranty on the TAPIT Water Purifiers?All TAPIT Water Purifiers have a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year. All TAPIT rental customers receive an added bonus with the FLOW service because general maintenance and repairs are included during the rental period. |
Q. In the case where we move, are the TAPIT Water Purifiers transferable to a new location?All TAPIT Water Purifiers are transferable to a new location. A moving installation charge of $99.95 will be charged. This includes de-installation & re-installation. |
Q. After a contract term has ended, are there any options to upgrade to a newer current model?As our technology changes, products may also improve so we offer our customers to upgrade their older model for the current model with a contract renewal. |
