The FLOW service is a unique service exclusive to TAPIT.  
After doing some internal research, we discovered that many people were unaware of  the uncleanliness of their water cooler due to poor maintenance   which could pose health risks in the future. Taking these facts,  we developed  our worry-free FLOW service.

Free Filter Replacements
The advanced  technology filters must be maintained in order for the TAPIT water purifier to function at its ultimate best.  The FLOW service provides free filter replacements every 3 months so that our customers do not have to worry about  remembering and changing their Water Purifier filters.

Low Monthly Rates
TAPIT offers low monthly rental rates making it affordable for everyone. We also reward our long term contracts with even better rates.

Onsite Maintenance
TAPIT offers onsite maintenance every 3 months to sanitize, clean and check that TAPIT is running properly. We believe that maintenance is very important and the FLOW service will provide all your Water Purifier needs onsite every 3 months hassle-free by a professionally trained FLOW technician.

TAPIT promotes health and wellness. Our Water Purifiers not only provide clean, hygienic, and great-tasting water, but also maintains many of the good minerals that are present in our water.

•  All our water purifiers can be installed in your choice of location.  (Some exceptions may apply)
• The installation cost within the main city limits: $100
• The installation cost outside of main city limits: Every 30 KM is $100.00 extra.

• If you are planning to move, please let us know at least 30 days in advance.
• The moving service includes uninstalling the water purifier from the old location and reinstalling it in the new location.
• The moving cost within the same city limits: $100.00
• The moving cost outside of city limits: Every 30 KM is $100.00 extra.
  

• For any questions or concerns, you can directly call or email us and we will do our best to resolve any problems over the phone or email.
• If you require a physical service call from one of our technicians and the problem was due to our product malfunction, there will be no cost to you for this service.
• If the service call is due to other reasons other than product malfunction, there will be a charge of $50.00/ hour.
